As a Diet and Nutritional Adviser, as well as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I am able to give advice about nutrition and diet. This complements the hypnotherapy. Often, just a few alterations in what and when you eat, can make profound differences to your mental and physical health and allow you to enjoy food in a new way.

I have found that most clients wanting weight management hypnotherapy are worn down by years of "trying" to diet and to control their weight. Often, the ability to naturally control what and when they eat, means that clients feel more in control generally of themselves and their lives.
